Amy Lamb
UKCP accredited
Adult psychotherapist
I am Amy and I am a UKCP accredited adult psychotherapist. I have approaching 13 years clinical experience working within NHS, EAP and private sectors. I have a broad range of experience working in both long and short-term treatment and have worked with a broad range of issues including anxiety, low mood, chronic illness, trauma, attachment issues, work related stress and burn out and relationship issues.
I have a particular interest in working with attachment issues and relationship challenges and this can be seen in my continued professional development and learning as I am currently completing additional qualifications in psychosexual and relationship therapy.
As an integrative practitioner, I draw upon a range of therapy modalities in order to create a bespoke therapy treatment to meet your specific needs. My base modality is grounded in Transactional Analysis which I feel lends itself well to both short-term goal orientated work, in addition to longer term depth work.
I firmly believe that the relationship is the core of good therapy practice and my down- to-earth attitude and touch of humour provides a safe, non-threatening space for exploration and personal growth.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation in order to assess your needs and determine if I can be the person best placed to support you.

Grant Czernik
BABCP Accredited Psychotherapist
I am Grant, an Accredited Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist. Finding the right support for complex or longstanding emotional pain can be a challenge. That's why I've dedicated my practice to offering a highly personalised approach to psychotherapy that is rooted in offering evidence-based treatment.
While I am accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I've trained in other treatment models and integrated powerful, effective tools like Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my practice, allowing me to look beyond surface symptoms and address the root causes of your distress with the view of supporting you to find longer lasting wellbeing.
I have significant experience in working in both inpatient and outpatient services treating common issues like anxiety, depression, OCD, Social anxiety, anger difficulties and phobias. My specialisation lies in working with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex Trauma, and difficulties that feel entrenched, such as recurrent depression and struggles with interpersonal relationships. Let's work together to create a path toward genuine healing and stability.
I can offer you an initial 10 minute phone call to assess your difficulties and to give you the experience to decide if I could be the right therapist to support you on your journey.
